Mobile Phone

1. The radiation from mobile phones has been linked to low-sperm count and
other infertility issues, especially in men. Keep mobiles away from trouser
pockets and switched off when possible. - Dr. J. Campbell

2. Never openly display your mobile phones in an area that you feel insecure.
If possible switched ringing mode to vibration.

3. Always put your mobile phone in a case to prevent damages to its face.

4. Always use an Ear Plug or Hands free when driving and talking on the mobile phone.

Laptop

1. Shut It Down - Shut down your Laptop if not in use.

2 Adjusting Power Settings - When not in use for short periods place in
Standby or Hibernate to prevent over heat.

3. Before You Pack It Up - Shutdown and turn off the Laptop before placing
inside the bag. No circulation inside the bag leads to the laptop being melt.

4. Vent Maintenance - Check and clean your vent on a weekly basis. Never
push any thing inside the vents.

5. Soft Spots - Never use soft materials as a buffer between you and the
laptop.

6. Unplug Accessories - Whenever your laptop will not be in use, even for
short periods of time remember to unplug any accessories.
